John Wilson is one of Britain’s leading film editors, his films include ‘Billy Elliot’, ‘The History Boys’, ‘The Cook, the Thief, His Wife & Her Lover’ and ‘The Book Thief’. John started by cutting his teeth on documentaries, which led him to meet director Peter Greenaway and started a long and fruitful collaboration together. John’s career then broadened into a raft of critically acclaimed feature films, ‘Billy Elliot’ which gained 13 BAFTA and three Oscar nominations, including a BAFTA nomination for Best Film Editing. He has recently finished work on feature film ‘Me Before You’ staring Emilia Clarke and Sam Claflin.
